Metal gate Zen from a metal profile is a line of one type of fencing with different technical characteristics and purpose. There are three types:

• gate "Zen" (filling the section with vertical rods boiled inside the frame)

• "Zen standart" (filling the section with vertical rods protruding beyond the main ones)

• "Zen security" (filling the section with vertical rods protruding beyond the main ones and having a sharp cut at 45 degrees)

The frame is made of galvanized steel pipes with a section size of 40 * 40 mm, 20 * 20 mm, the joints are fastened using automatic welding according to specifications. The finished sections are coated with polymer powder paint and baked in an oven at 180 degrees, the warranty for products is 5 years, the operational properties of the product remain up to 60 years.

How to install a Zen fence?

Our company has developed a universal mount for all types of Zen fences. Installation and installation can be done independently without additional skills and tools (assembly is carried out without welding and cutting with a grinder for metal), using corners that are fastened with an M-8 bolted connection. The fence section is designed to be mounted on brick columns, metal or concrete poles.

Transportation is carried out only when the goods are packed with a film and folded on a wooden pallet, for complete fixation it is tightened with a plastic tape. Delivery is carried out in any city of Ukraine, transport companies or separate transport.
