Exchange and return

In our online store it is very easy to exchange the purchased product for another similar one or make a full refund of the purchased product with the payment of funds.

What you need to return the welded mesh for the fence:

1. No more than 14 days must pass from the date of purchase.
2. Do you have a cash or sales receipt, invoice.
3. The product was not used (the mesh was not installed, the pillars were concreted, etc.) and was preserved in the form in which you bought it (there are no scratches, chips, scuffs and mechanical damage on the mesh)

If all these conditions are met:

• you just need to call the company, explain the reason for the return, write an application for a refund, indicating your personal data, attach passport data.
• Return the product to the seller in its packaging and complete set.
• The money will be returned to you within 7 days, in the same way as you paid for the purchase, in cash, by bank transfer or on a card.
