In the field of construction, masonry reinforcing mesh (or armored belt) has a wide range of applications. It is used to reinforce brickwork, aerated concrete walls, concrete screeds and other building structures, as well as individual parts. The mesh improves the reliability and strength of the building, increasing its service life, and also makes the building safe for people. The company "Arimcom-Ukraine" is engaged in the sale of mesh for masonry in the cities of Ukraine. But before buying a reinforcing mesh, you should understand its properties and types.
The basis for creating a masonry armored belt is individual steel wire rods (the most reliable models are steel). They are placed perpendicular to each other - as a result, cells of the same size are formed. The fasteners for the intersections are spot welding, due to which a welded metal grating is formed. Our company produces masonry mesh that meets all the parameters and standards of GOST. The most popular is the wire with a diameter of 3-5 mm, in connection with which the armored belts belong to the class of light products.
At the first stage of manufacturing the masonry mesh, the wire is cut into parts of the required length. This process is carried out both manually and with the help of machines. Further, the obtained parts go through the process of spot welding.
