Description

Cantilever retractable gates 3x2.03 m/PPL, leaf length 6025 mm for opening 4525 mm (the width must be greater than the opening to cover the roadway a little), the distance between the pillars is 3220 mm. The structure is made of a fully welded galvanized pipe with a section of 60x40 mm. They have a standard filling with a 3d mesh or a 2d mesh, which makes it possible to use the gate in the same style with welded panels used for fencing the territory. The weight of the sliding gate is 150 kg. Bearing and catching poles are made of square galvanized pipe with a welded base. Depending on the width of the opening, they are made single or U-shaped. They are provided with mounting catching and guide rollers.

The gate set includes an emphasis for mechanical locking of the leaf and a lock-handle (for gates without automation).

4. ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING THE PRODUCT

4.1 Installation of sliding gates.

4.1.1 Since sliding gates move along the fence from inside the territory

(guarded), then it is necessary to provide that their movement is not hindered.

Pay attention to the slope (if any), trees growing in the traffic area

door leafs, barrier linearity, etc. The size of the area for sliding gates should be

without obstacles to movement and more than the width of the opening by the size of the cantilever. Console

part, as a rule, is half the size of the opening. Accordingly, the area required for

movement of the gate, the length must be at least one and a half times the width of the opening

(sheet 1). And in width, usually 400 mm is enough. If the rollback distance meets the requirements, then you can safely order sliding gates.

To install sliding gates, you need to carry out the following work:

1. Make a concrete base (foundation): mark holes and dig soil, make and

install the embedded element, fill the pits with concrete mixture (Appendix 1.2). If rollback

the gate will be automated, then it is necessary to provide for the possibility of laying a cable under

roadway between supports for power and control. For these purposes, use a metal or plastic pipe with an inner diameter of at least 20 mm (not included in the scope of delivery).

2. If the gate is going to be automated, wire the cables (not included in the scope of delivery).

3. Install the supporting post. (Annex 3)

4. Install and assemble the gate wing (Appendix 4)

5. Install the catching pole (Appendix 5). Pole anchorage recommended

install after performing steps 1-4.

Loosen carriage fastenings to adjusting platforms (only upper nuts) and roll gate in range from extreme closed to extreme open position. This is done so that the carrier carriages take the correct position inside the carrier profile.

After making sure that the gate rolls easily, tighten the fastenings of the bearing carriages. After that, check if there are any undesirable changes in the rolling quality of the gate. If after

broaches, the sliding gate leaf began to move worse, be sure to loosen the fasteners and

eliminate possible distortions of the roller bearings on the fasteners.

*Particular attention should be paid to the plane transverse to the movement of the gate.

6. Adjust the gate (Appendix 6).

7. Install the toothed rack (Appendix 6), not included in the scope of delivery.
